View Full Version : AeroBid - Online Aviation Auction
Niche auction for aviation...they just went live... Can it compete
with eBay? Your thoughts?

With the amount of scumbags that sell on Ebay, I would think you would
need some type of rating system that really works.
As far as competing with Ebay - - - No!

Maybe competition is not the right word. I like specialized stores in
real life so I am applying the same logic here.
AeroBid has a rating system similar to eBay where auction participants
can grade each other. I hope that the idea of niche auctions does not
die. I am sick of Microsofts, eBays, Walmarts and other monopolies of
this world. I understand that the price is the driving factor among
many people but above all consumer choice should be the number one
reason to preserve specialization.
Then let's hope it does well.
